My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were very large and offered ample space to move around, although they were a bit outdated. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially the duty manager who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was superb, with easy access to the city center and close links to public transport. The dining options were varied and satisfying, although slightly repetitive. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views over Plaza San Martin. The concierge team was extremely helpful, and the overall service made it feel like a true 5-star experience.
